Pure Movement Clinic
Pure Movement Clinic is a Lower Limb & Foot and Ankle Specialist Musculoskeletal Clinic established in 2022. With 18 years experience in the field I wanted to bring my expertise to manage MSK conditions outside of the NHS to shorten the waiting times and ultimately provide excellent and timely assessments and interventions to get individuals back on their feet (pardon the pun).
Within its first year, Pure Movement Clinic has grown and very quickly became well-known for its multidisciplinary approach. It is a respected clinic in Gloucestershire and far beyond. I am equally very touched that my clients travel from far and beyond for my expertise including online consultations from abroad.
Experience & Qualifications
MSc Sports Injury and Science, BSc (Tons) Podiatry Medicine.PGDip Clin Phych, PG Cert Sports Podiatry, PG Cert Injection Therapy.
With expertise in non-surgical treatment of many conditions, I can offer treatments focusing on the preservation of the patient’s joint and improving their function. My clinic is equipped with state of the art technology for Gait Analysis, Diagnostics and Electrotherapies.
As an owner and lead consulting clinician I have over 16 years of varied experience in the Musculoskeletal field including Military Trauma Clinics and Rehabilitation, Elite Sport and Dance, Orthopaedic Clinics, Surgical Units and non-surgical therapies in NHS and Private settings. My goal as a clinician is to educate and empower our patients, as well as our colleagues, to make sure we’re always learning, growing, evolving and delivering evidence-based care.

About Us
How far has clinic come?
Since opening the first clinic in the Forest of Dean, and now second site in town center of Gloucester, both clinics have gone from strength to strength. I have introduced new technology such as Diagnostic Ultrasound, bloods, various Injection Therapies, MLS Laser Therapy and introduced production of the Richie Brace and to the day I am one of very few clinics who produce these in the area. Clinics also have the state-of-the-art Gait assessment and treatment.
Apart from the technology, I have also introduced specialist clinics such as Paediatric clinics, Hypermobility, Minor Surgery, Verrucae clinic and diabetic clinic that focuses on ulceration prevention and in-depth screening.
I built close relationships with local footwear businesses and negotiated discounts for my clients across Gloucestershire as well as on the other side of the Rivers Wye and Severn.

Collaborating with fellow experts in multiple disciplines
Providing the best care and service is my goal, and this is why I collaborate with fellow experts to provide 360 care. I work closely with Physiotherapy Practices such as Forest Physiotherapy and Viney Hill Physiotherapy. I collaborate frequently with other clinics in the areas and beyond; and not to mention GPs and other AHPs within the NHS as well as Private Practice. I additionally work with/collaborate/inter-refer to Orthopaedic and Podiatric Consultant Surgeons. By bringing all our expertise together, Pure Movement Clinic provides the best environment for rehabilitation for elite athletes as well as other clients.
